  • Lead several workshops at ASICS Digital to spread knowledge and exposure to design thinking principles and user experience across multiple teams within ASICS Digital. Improving our collective knowledge about user research, animation, and habit formation.

  • Initiated a team-wide enhancement in the design process by transforming my own approach and utilizing strategic design artifacts. This positively influenced communication quality and the presentation of design solutions, improving the speed and quality of iterations.

  • Played a pivotal role in advancing Runkeeper’s design system by advocating for semantic naming and atomic design methodology. Contributed significantly to the design system library with the design of 9 innovative components, streamlining the product development process.

  • Led discussions on accessibility, compliant use of colour, and colour theory. Ensuring that our app is WCAG level AA & AAA compliant.
